Free Legal Clinic November 14, Calgary – limited walk in appointments

FREE Calgary Legal Advice Clinic on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

9:30 to 3:30 pm at the NEW Calgary Central Library, 800 – 3 St SE.

A limited number of walk in appointments are available on November 14.

Areas of law include: family law, immigration law, criminal law, wills and estates, employment law, landlord and tenant, and general civil litigation.

The Calgary Legal Advice Clinic is operated in partnership with Calgary Legal Guidance, the Calgary Public Library, and Norton Rose Fulbright (Canada) LLP.

The free clinic will be held as part of Law Connect, an annual free legal event at Calgary Public Library. For more information on this event visit Law Connect.

Free Public Legal Education Workshops – Oct and Nov, Edmonton

Edmonton Community Legal Centre (ECLC) will provide Public Legal Education workshops in October and November 2018. These presentations are FREE and open to the public and certain locations require registration.

ECLC continues to hold the Family Law Series Presentations at the Downtown Enterprise Square Branch Library 10212 Jasper Avenue NW every Thursday evening at 6:30 PM. These presentations are open to the public with the option to register to be contacted for a potential follow-up meeting with a Family Law Lawyer for additional assistance.
